Spibo GC 2200 Grouting Plant

Our containerised Spibo GC 2200 mixing and injection plant is purpose-built for injecting thermally enhanced bentonite grout into cable ducting and tunnels. Towed to site by our Unimog U530, it delivers a fully automated mix-and-pump cycle — most recently deployed on a project in Beauly, in the Scottish Highlands.

 

  • HCM 600W turbo mixer — 550 litre, ~9 m³/h mixing capacity
  • RW 1600 agitator — 1,600 litre holding tank
  • ZMP 725 injection pump — up to 11.7 m³/h at up to 50 bar
  • Handles bentonite, cement, ultra-fine binders & thermally enhanced grouts
